Japanese-Style Thick Omelette (Tamagoyaki) — Featured in QSR Breakfast Paninis

Our thick omelette — known in Japan as tamagoyaki — is a golden, rectangular rolled egg block with visible layered folds, a clean egg aroma, and a light savory note. Each 58.5 g block is IQF frozen (−18°C, 12-month shelf life) and can be reheated directly from frozen, making it ideal for high-volume breakfast service.

The product is supplied in bulk to leading international QSR breakfast programs, where it serves as the core protein layer in thick omelette breakfast paninis, as well as in sushi tamago, egg sandwiches, bento boxes, and ready-meal applications. Produced by Jilin Jinyi Food Products Co., Ltd. in China, with OEM sizing, custom seasoning, and private-label packaging available on request.

What is thick omelette (tamagoyaki)?
Thick omelette, or tamagoyaki, is a Japanese-style rolled egg block made by layering thin egg sheets into a dense, golden rectangle with visible folds. It has a predominant egg aroma with a light savory note, and is commonly used in sushi, breakfast paninis, sandwiches, and bento boxes.

How is Jinyi Food's thick omelette used in QSR breakfast menus?
Our 58.5 g IQF-frozen thick omelette blocks are used by leading international QSR breakfast chains as the core egg layer in thick omelette breakfast paninis, as well as in egg sandwiches and bento programs. The product reheats directly from frozen, ensuring consistent texture and fast service in high-volume kitchens.
