Are your frozen scrambled eggs fully cooked or heat-and-serve?
Fully pre-cooked, pasteurized, and rapidly frozen — strictly heat-and-serve, never raw.
Operators simply reheat (steam, oven, or microwave) until the core reaches ≥74 °C / 165 °F. This removes raw-egg handling and Salmonella risk at the operator level, with consistent texture every shift.
What pack sizes and storage conditions are available?
Pack sizes, portion formats, and private-label options are fully customizable — carton weight, IQF nuggets, pre-cut blocks, retail pouches, and OEM printing can all be adjusted to your channel and equipment. Just tell us the use case and we'll match the spec.
Storage: −18 °C or below, sealed shelf life 18–24 months
After thawing: hold at 0–4 °C, use within 48 hours, do not refreeze
Transport: −18 °C reefer container, mandatory throughout
Do you provide specifications and certificates for food manufacturers?
Yes. Every shipment includes a Certificate of Analysis (CoA), Certificate of Origin, and Health Certificate issued by the competent authority.
Plant-level certifications include HACCP and ISO 22000, with Halal, Kosher, and destination-market export certifications available on request. Full spec sheets, allergen statements, and nutritional data are provided pre-contract for buyer QA review.
